Dr. Havya Polavarapu

Dr. Havya is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Sunshine hospitals, Secunderabad. Her medical education began at Manipal University where she completed her MBBS which was followed by internship at Govt Wenlock Hospital and Lady Goschen Hospital, Mangalore. She did her post graduation at ASRAM Medical college, Eluru and worked as a Senior Registrar at Siddhartha Govt Medical college, Vijayawada, AP where she had hands-on experience in handling complicated deliveries and high risk obstetrics . She also trained as a fellow in Gynaecological Endoscopy and minimally invasive surgery and certified under Indian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She gained experience in managing varied pregnancy related issues, ectopic pregnancy , abnormal bleeding and menstrual problems, fibroids, ovarian cysts and other diseases. She also presented papers and posters at various state and national conferences.
