A 3 day Self-Defence Workshop was conducted recently at KIMS-SUNSHINE Hospitals, Begumpet. Our women doctors, nurses and staff actively participated in the sessions conducted by Yhodha Combat Martial Arts Academy, learning essential self-defence techniques to enhance their safety and confidence.
Adding to the spirit of empowerment, our esteemed doctors Dr. Gurava Reddy and Dr. Niveditha Sai Chandra shared inspiring words on the importance of self-defence, encouraging every woman to embrace it as a vital life skill.
This workshop for women was a step towards building confidence, awareness and resilience in real-life situations. We thank everyone who participated and made this initiative a success!
