National Vascular Day Walkathon and Awareness Initiative by KIMS-SUNSHINE Hospitals, Begumpet

On the occasion of National Vascular Day, the Vascular Team at KIMS-SUNSHINE Hospitals, under its Institute of Vascular Sciences, organised a public walkathon to raise awareness about vascular diseases and the importance of early diagnosis and timely treatment.
The central message of the campaign “Save Limb, Save Life, Say No to Amputations” highlighted the urgent need for awareness around vascular care. Untreated vascular conditions can lead to severe complications such as limb amputations, particularly among diabetic individuals. This walkathon was part of KIMS-SUNSHINE’s ongoing mission to educate the public, promote vascular health and reduce preventable limb loss.
